Coca-Cola is one of the world's largest companies, with hundreds of brands of beverages all over the world.  Few people know it, but Coca-Cola has a very specific policy regarding their products and allergens in them.  The policy is as follows (as of April 21, 2009):

Specific to food allergies, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has determined that eight substances cause 90 percent of all allergic reactions. These are: milk, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and wheat. (Tree nuts are defined as chestnuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, pine nuts, and cashews). In addition, some governments include sesame seeds. It is the protein in these substances that causes people to have allergic reactions. If our products contain any of these allergens, we specifically note it in the ingredient list on the label. The food industry and the FDA have agreed to include information about these allergens on product labels. Although FDA does not require food companies to list sesame seed, we can tell you that we do not use sesame seed in the United States. In general, soft drinks do not cause allergies as they do not contain proteins which act as allergens.

Therefore, in all cases with Coca-Cola products, you can check to see if it says "Wheat".  Otherwise, you're fine!  See their website and buy their products at: http://cocacola.ca
