Wok Box in the Royal Bank Building in Downtown Edmonton, has a full Gluten Free Menu posted next to their cash register.

Gluten Free Menu Includes: The orange and lemon sauces are Gluten Free, and they serve all veggies and rice.  Don't get the noodles!
